Custom Menu Planning
As one of the leading caterers in Central Texas, Las Casas really has done it all. For custom menu preparation, for any size group, we recommend you contact us for a price quote for your event. Some things to consider before you call:
- How many people will be attending?
- Do you know the specific date and time?
- What location, i.e. convention center, ballroom, park, friend’s house…
- Do you have a per person budget in mind?
- Will the event be a buffet or a seated dinner?
- Will you need tables, chairs, linens, or any other supplies?
- Do you have any specific menus or menu items in mind?
- Are you a not-for-profit organization, tax exempt group, school or church?
Las Casas currently has both margarita machines available for rent.
• Both machines are high-quality, stainless steel units. Mix freezes in approximately one hour.
• Customer must supply alcohol only.
• 24 Hour rental is $175.00 if we cater the event/$200.00 for non-catered event or $250.00 for two days, which is paid upon reservation
• Las Casas Margarita Mix, non-alchoholic, is available for $25 per batch
• Each Batch makes about 40 8oz margaritas.
• Pick-up and delivery charge is based on location, but is generally $1 per mile from Las Casas
